E-learning Share ITS has long been used to distance learning in ITS, but Share ITS need to be evaluated with focus on user-centered. This research use framework usability of e-learning which is distributing questionnaire to students of information systems ITS in order to get the answer about kind of experience aspects of usability in use Share ITS. In addition, factors will be weighted using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is obtained by the management of Share ITS, so that will know the priority of aspects usability e-learning. Further, the other user experience evaluation method is the heuristic evaluation, which was conducted interviews with expert to inspect the usability problems on Share ITS and give the recommendations for improvement. A series of stages on both quantitative and qualitative will be combined and analyzed the results for the final conclusion. The final conclusion will result set of parameters which need to create the recommendation based on condition of Share ITS and Moodle.
