The dataset about healthcare in Indonesia is still limited and has not been able to connect with other databases. Our study aims to transform healthcare data into a form of Linked Data. This study uses datasets compiled from various resources, namely: Bank Data of Health Ministry of Indonesia and Indonesian Portal Data hub (http://data.go.id). The datasets consists of many attributes; e.g.: cases of illness, health facilities, health workers, immunization, and health complaints. Vocabularies are created based on the datasets and they are converted into a rdf form afterwards. With Linked Data format, healthcare datasets can be stored into an external storage that can be accessed by anyone for the development of specific healthcare applications. The other advantages of providing the datasets in Linked Data format is to increase the understanding of scientific questions once the datasets are connected together. The study is also aim to build a framework of presenting data in a Linked Data format, especially in healthcare field in Indonesia.
