In Indonesia, the maternal mortality rate is increasing due to errors in selecting the mode of delivery, especially those caused by complications that rise during pregnancy. The purpose of this study is to create a digital solution that helps pregnant women choose the most appropriate delivery method based on complications that occur during pregnancy. This digital solution includes a UI storyboard and prototype. The complications studied are 12 in total including placenta previa, grade 3 obesity, heart disease, and others. In addition to literature studies, interview with expert, and usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale questionnaire, the design thinking method was also carried out. The evaluation results show that the system has a very good level of usability with an average consistent answer of 94.88%. These findings show that a user-based approach in interface design can help pregnant women in making decisions about the delivery method.
