Conference Registration [registration now open]<\/span><\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

To register your paper(s) in ISICO 2021, please follow the following procedures:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Check your accepted paper ID<\/li>
  2. Fill the registration form\u00a0<\/span>here<\/a>\u00a0(you must download the file). Send the file to <\/span>registration@isico.info<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. We will send you an email containing invoice and link of payment. You can check the conference rates<\/a>
    to estimate your payment amount.<\/li>
  4. Pay the conference payment.<\/li>
  5. After make a payment, we will send You an email confirming that you have made a paper registration and payment receipt at max 2 x 24h.<\/li><\/ol>
    Please note:<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>

    The authors need to, at least, submit the camera-ready version<\/strong> before applying for the conference registration.<\/p>

    The authors can start to apply for the conference registration while waiting for the checking of the camera-ready paper by the ISICO 2021 Editorial Team<\/strong>. Since the editors will re-check the manuscript’s number of pages, the final conference fee will be given after the editor finished checking your camera-ready version, which will takes about 2-5 days. The “early bird” price is applied based on the registration application date, not based on the camera-ready acceptance date. Thus, we encourage you to register first and waiting for the final fee that you need to pay.<\/span><\/p>

    Please prepare your camera-ready version carefully according to the reviewers’ comments and ISICO 2021 template<\/strong>. We reserve the right not to publish the paper if the remarks from the reviewers or required formatting guidelines are not respected.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

          The proceeding revocation will be applied for paper whose author does not attend during his\/her scheduled conference presentation session. No refunds will be made available for registered participants that failed to attend the event.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

          Notes in regard with Paper Presentation<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
          1. Please note that in order to publish the paper in the proceedings\u00a0at least one author has to register
            and attend to the conference.\u00a0<\/span>Please note that the deadline for registration is on August 2, 2021.<\/li>
          2. A presenter is the one who registers for the conference.\u00a0Two or more papers with the same
            corresponding authors should be presented by the same presenter\u00a0so that the 2nd
            and next additional papers will be charged based on the additional paper price.<\/li>
          3. If the papers will be\u00a0presented by different authors, the\u00a02nd paper will be charged as full price<\/span>.<\/li>
          4. In addition, student fee is ONLY applicable\u00a0for students who are FIRST author(s) of the paper(s).<\/li><\/ol>

            Please note that every author is responsible for any transfer fees imposed by Banks or any Financial Providers.
