REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

REGISTRATION FEE 

Please note the Important Dates for the Registration:

– Registration Start  May, 16 2019

– Early Bird May 16 – June, 20 2019

– Registration Regular June 21 – July, 6 2019

Please note that every author is responsible for any transfer fees imposed by Banks or any Financial Providers (e.g. Telegraphic Transfer Fee). Also, Procedia computer science and local proceeding revocation will be applied for paper whose author does not present during conference presentation session.

Only author within camera ready acceptance lists is eligible for author registration.

Notes in regard with Paper Presentation:

1. Please note that in order to publish the paper in the proceedings at least one author has to register and present the paper at the conference. Please note that the deadline for registration is on July 6, 2019.
2. A presenter is the one who registers for the conference. Two or more papers with the same corresponding authors should be presented by the same presenter so that the 2nd and next additional papers will be charged based on the additional paper price.
3. If the papers will be presented by different authors, the 2nd paper will be charged as full price.
4. In addition, student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST author(s) of the paper(s).

*) For Student Fee: Please enclose a copy of student ID card or a letter from the student’s institution with a college or university letterhead, stating that the student is pursuing a degree in the university (if your registration is “student rate”).
