Presentation Guideline

1. All presentations at the ISICO 2021 will be oral online presentation. The duration of each
presentation max 12 minutes of effective presentation time, plus 3 minutes given to Q/A
and 1 minute turnaround time between presenters.
2. The moderator is authorized to interrupt the presentation if the speaker exceeds the
limits above.
3. To ensure a smooth performance and your own convenient, we recommend you follow
instructions below:

a. Prepare your presentation file in PDF or PPT format

b. Install / update latest zoom version

c. Test your microphone and camera

d. Check your connection

e. Charge your laptop

f. Please check your presentation session room and schedule carefully

g. Be at the session room 10 minutes before session starts and introduce yourself

to the moderator

h. Rename your zoom name according to the registration

4. All presenters should stay at breakout room during presentation session until the end of
session
5. After presentation session we will have photo session for all presenters and participants
6. All presentation will be recorded.

Pre-recorded Video Presentation

ISICO 2021 participants are highly recommended to create a video presentation of the paper in
case they have technical problems with the presentation schedule. The requirements of the
video presentation are as follows:
1. The maximum duration is 12 minutes
2. Display the slides and the face of the presenter
3. Start with a short introduction of the presenter
4. Video must have sufficiently good resolution and good sound quality
5. Video must be uploaded to YouTube with visibility set into UNLISTED
(https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/157177)
6. Video title name is the paper number followed by title
Many presentation software including Zoom and PowerPoint allow you to record video and
audio directly from your presentation on your computer and your computer microphone.

until 6 August 2021 (GMT+7).
