Registration Procedures

Conference Registration [registration now open]

To register your paper(s) in ISICO 2021, please follow the following procedures:

  1. Check your accepted paper ID
  2. Fill the registration form here (you must download the file). Send the file to [email protected].
  3. We will send you an email containing invoice and link of payment. You can check the conference rates
    to estimate your payment amount.
  4. Pay the conference payment.
  5. After make a payment, we will send You an email confirming that you have made a paper registration and payment receipt at max 2 x 24h.
Please note:

The authors need to, at least, submit the camera-ready version before applying for the conference registration.

The authors can start to apply for the conference registration while waiting for the checking of the camera-ready paper by the ISICO 2021 Editorial Team. Since the editors will re-check the manuscript’s number of pages, the final conference fee will be given after the editor finished checking your camera-ready version, which will takes about 2-5 days. The “early bird” price is applied based on the registration application date, not based on the camera-ready acceptance date. Thus, we encourage you to register first and waiting for the final fee that you need to pay.

Please prepare your camera-ready version carefully according to the reviewers’ comments and ISICO 2021 template. We reserve the right not to publish the paper if the remarks from the reviewers or required formatting guidelines are not respected.

 

Workshop Registration [registration now open]

To register to IS2020 Curriculum Workshop, please follow the following procedures:

  1. You can check the rates for attending the workshop to estimate your payment amount.
  2. For International participant, please directly make a payment via this International payment link. 
  3. For Domestic participant, please directly make a payment via this Domestic payment link. 
  4. When making payment, please do not forget to input your information such as Full Name, Email Address, for identification.
  5. After make a payment, we will send You an email confirming that you have made a workshop registration at max 2 x 24h
For AISINDO member, to get the membership benefits, please follow the following procedures:
  1. You can get discount (IDR 100K) if you are an AISINDO member.
  2. Please prepare file showing scan of your AISINDO membership card.
  3. Then send the file to registration email : [email protected]
  4. Make a payment via this AISINDO payment link.
  5. When making payment, please do not forget to input your information such as Full Name, Email Address, for identification.
  6. After make a payment, we will send You an email confirming that you have made a workshop registration at max 2 x 24h

 

Special Track Keynote Session Registration [registration now open]

If you want to register for Special Track Keynote Session only, we have a special rate for you. Please follow the following procedures:

  1. You can check the rates for attending the event to estimate your payment amount.
  2. Please directly make a payment via this payment link.
  3. When making payment, please do not forget to input your information such as Full Name, Email Address, for identification.
  4. After make a payment, we will send You an email confirming that you have made a special track keynote session registration at max 2 x 24h

 

Important Dates for Registration

Registration Start                             : July 12, 2021

Early Bird Payment                           : July 12-July 28, 2021

Registration End                               : August 2, 2021

The proceeding revocation will be applied for paper whose author does not attend during his/her scheduled conference presentation session. No refunds will be made available for registered participants that failed to attend the event.

Notes in regard with Paper Presentation

  1. Please note that in order to publish the paper in the proceedings at least one author has to register
    and attend to the conference.     Please note that the deadline for registration is on August 2, 2021.
  2. A presenter is the one who registers for the conference. Two or more papers with the same
    corresponding authors should be presented by the same presenter so that the 2nd
    and next additional papers will be charged based on the additional paper price.
  3. If the papers will be presented by different authors, the 2nd paper will be charged as full price.
  4. In addition, student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST author(s) of the paper(s).

Please note that every author is responsible for any transfer fees imposed by Banks or any Financial Providers.
*) For Student Fee: Please enclose a copy of student ID card or a letter from the student’s institution
with a college or university letterhead, stating that the student is pursuing a degree
in the university (if your registration is “student rate”).
